Privacy Policy
orbidash stores account, campaign, lead, inbox, connector, and governed-operation records needed to run the product. LinkedIn session state is encrypted at rest and is used to restore the account owner's browser session for approved operations.
Local extension actions run in the user's browser profile. Headless local-queue keys are scoped to one account and cannot create new actions.
Chrome extension
The orbidash Chrome extension has a single purpose: it connects your own LinkedIn session to your orbidash workspace and runs the outreach actions you explicitly approve, from your own browser. It only operates on linkedin.com pages and on the orbidash web app.
The extension accesses the following data:
- Authentication information. Your LinkedIn session cookies (li_at, JSESSIONID) are read from your browser only when you click Connect, and are transmitted over HTTPS solely to your authenticated orbidash workspace, where they are encrypted at rest and used to operate your own account.
- Website content. The content of the LinkedIn page in your active tab (for example a profile you are viewing) is read to preview and record the specific operations you approve.
- Personal communications. When you use the inbox features, your LinkedIn conversations are synced to your orbidash workspace inbox so you can read and reply from one place.
- Account credentials. Your orbidash email and password are sent only to the orbidash service to sign you in; a session cookie keeps you signed in afterwards.
The extension does not collect your browsing history or any activity outside linkedin.com and the orbidash app. Data is never sold, never shared with third parties, never used for advertising, and never used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes. It is used or transferred only to provide the single purpose described above, consistent with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Every LinkedIn operation is user-initiated or user-approved; the extension performs no background automation without your approval.
To remove your data, disconnect the LinkedIn account in your workspace settings or contact xiang@omika.ai to request deletion of your workspace records.
